The Electrical Installation
- Co-ordinating a new electrical supply to the building to suit the new requirements.
- The Architects guidance on sensitive design issues required the mechanical and electrical containment systems installed on the same bracketry.
- A distribution system of split load distribution board on each floor. All power circuits installed surface in galvanised conduit from main containment routes.
- LED luminaires and custom-made architectural LED luminaires provided the lighting installation complete with automatic lighting detection.
- Fire detection, intrude, access control and disabled refuge systems installed to the building.
